Wassup my boys and girls. Me and Zee a=have a hard time switching without blending due to how similar our voices are. Is there a cool method that might make it easier to tell who is fronting?
sometimes switching happens involuntarily for us but if we want to control it we repeat things that are true about the person who wants to front (like "I am Eishi. I am silly.") and imagine some stuff in the wonderland and yeah
no need for a mantra either, a simple "im X" will work, or "its X" or just think about it, no words required. But from there you can make it as fancy as you want
question about imposition
Once you get it, does it stick? Or if you don’t practice enough, does it fade? How much? How difficult is it to recover? Might you have to start from square one if it’s been too long?
So is a wonderland just a world in your imagination? Like could you make a wonderland thats just a house you and your tulpas live in? Sorry if i ask a lot of questions lol
It's okay not to get a response at first. It'll take time. No need to feel discouraged, because it can take a long time for some people
Just keep up the good work, and you'll get there
Don't consider "not having a response" as "there's nobody listening". They just don't know how to reach you yet ^^
But they will in due time no matter what hardship are present on the way. If you want to believe and end up believing it will happen. Sooner or later.(edited)
Non-plural people can have a headspace. It's not disorder-exclusive.

I personally see the term "headspace" as being far less medicalized than other terms, like "alter", since it's used within other contexts as well and doesn't need to be related to DID/OSDD
thats like saying the first group to use imagining objects in your mind in their religious practice now have exclusive rights to the use of that basic function in the brain. its stupidity.
